We dropped off the vehicle during off hours without issue, we took pics of the exterior, interior, fuel gauge and odometer, we did not hear from Clark's the next day so we are assuming everything was ok.

LISA DRemote reservation is not very user friendly. You do not need a secondary contact or employer who you "will contact". You get a credit card and the transaction is over. That is a waste of time
