the first reservation I had I had to pick up the truck and transport at different locations and so when I called UHaul to make it more accessible to me, I then had to drive 25 miles out of my way to pick up both the truck and transport together. Then they had the drop off location back in Easton MD when I was taking the truck to PA as a one-way rental. Think of the customer first and put their needs firstPAMELA L.

I ve been to the location three times. The location is always understaffed, one person with multiple rentals scheduled at the same time. I wait three time as long to pick the rental up as I did to pre-register. The employees were good and helpful. Do you understaffed all locations or just the ones in poor neighborhoods? SWILLIAM C.

I wouldn't recommend Uhaul at all. I showed up for the Appointment that I booked and paid for online. There was no truck they wanted to send me 45 minutes away for a different truck. No one ever bothered to call me to tell me a truck would not be available or to make alternate arrangements. They made me call customer service where I held on for 10 minutes with no answer. He finally found a truck for me to use. I went to that location and had to wait in a line of 7 people. Luckily while in line I filled out your online form. Your online form also didn't work as well as it should and someone had to call me. We ended up giving you three separate phone numbers just to rent the truck. I finally got the keys and no one ever gave me the furniture covers I ordered. To say the over all experience was the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered is an understatement. I will never use Uhaul again.Daniel H.
Considering this was the third location I had to go to, and was 2.5 miles in the opposite direction, in order to pick up my truck, I was not happy with the location. What you can do to improve for the next customer is have the vehicle in the originally specified location so they don't have to run all over the city to find a truck. Moving is stressful enough with the added issue of not knowing whether or not your moving truck is going to be available.Stephen D.

CLEAN THE VEHICLE in light of COVID. There was spilled chinese food in the front drivers cabin. I wiped the steering wheel with a Lysol wipe and it was FILTHY. Looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for several rentals. The check-in process was fast and easy.JEANIA W.

My experience was fine, I had no problems what so ever.. the truck was clean, the guys were polite and nice both on pick up and return.. the price wasn't that bad either but the price per mile could have been a little cheaper.. as far as recommending this uhaul location to others, they've scored a 10.. with 1 being on the low side and 10 being on the high side. Thank you Uhaul ** Suggestion : you should give discount cards to customers and everytime they rent a uhaul, stamp the circle and when the customer gets to like 10 rentals they get a discount on their bill.SANDRA P.

I booked a truck in advance being though I was on a time schedule went to pick up was given key & told to match with truck got in the truck big crack in windshield passenger arm rest on door was broke there was service lights on the dash the latch on the back was rusted / jammed then I drop it off a hour later only to lock the key in & the store manager tell me they have no spare key while trying to resolve this issue the manager rudely walk off on me 3 time not trying to hear what I was saying then was ask to stay & wait for the lock smith to unlock it 40$ plus 4$ a gallon of gas cause the truck was still on worst experience with a manager period!!!!!!!!!!COURTNEY S.

Know where the van is actually located before you send a customer to grab it - I was sent to an ice-covered lot next door to trudge through it to look for a vehicle that ended up being parked in the actual UHaul lot. On top of that, the van was obviously not cleaned well between uses and the equipment I had requested was not inside.JOHN C.
