The man who works at the front desk is always rude. I rented two Uhauls from this location and both times he was snippy, miserable, and rude. He tosses IDs and credit cards back at the customer.

ANGEL RThe individual we interacted with was rude. We asked if a few movers blankets could be added to our reservation and he stated he didn’t have a single one in the place and that he would not be changing anything on the reservation. There was a huge pile of the pads within 100ft of us. Also while hooking up the trailer, the trailer brakes were engaged and to resolve the issue he proceeded to smash the safety breakaway with a hammer. This obviously did not instill confidence. The worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had after many rentals.
MICHAEL HBetter check out experience. Waited for 20 minutes while gentleman tried to produce a receipt. Ended up waiting on email instead.
