There was "No human presence" at the drop off location to inspect and receive the equipment… I had previously called the company while on route to confirm the drop off . A staff member present for receiving the equipment was requested. I took time stamp photos of delivery return time and non damaged equipment condition on site. I then called the company to confirm drop off. The customer service representative on the phone did my drop off report for a successful return. Thanks again, U-Haul!

Zenon PWinnipeg Beach is a "car wash" there are no signs indicating a U-Haul location. If I had know it is only a "car wash" I would have known they have a vested interest in "cleaning" fees. I called and was told open till 9 pm. No one was there, I called and was told its a Car Wash, park it in the street They had NO concern as to where I put the key I had to prompt them to find out that leaving the key under the seat was OK. I specifically explained that I spent an hour Pressure washing the truck and web broom scrubbing from top to bottom front to back including under the wheel wells and mud flaps that did have mud from the truck getting stuck on wet grass due to its poor tire tread. That resulted in me having the truck an extra day. I swept out the back of the truck and the cab , the trailer was also pressure washed and wet scrubbed with a broom. Both the Truck and Trailer were left in a far cleaner condition than when I picked it up. The Truck looked sparking clean when I left it with the tank topped right up. I did not complain about the condition of the truck. The staff there are very nice people and I did not worry about it. This "drop off" point is NOT a U-haul location, it very obviously has a financial interest in cleaning the trucks and I'm not going to allow this to happen with me. Its also bad news for U-haul , Winnipeg Beach and the area is a very small World and I will never ever use this as a drop off location in future.
