Truck was dirty-had a bunch of leaves and such in the cargo space and a drug baggy in there too. Vehicle was parked nowhere near the business and had to go back and forth with my young child in an unsavoury neighborhood. There was broken glass along the side of the building, which had clearly been there a while because the window had already been boarded up. Box to pick up/return keys was even difficult to find because it's in a parking lot and that was blocked by other cars. Infuriating and unnecessarily challenging experience just to pick up a truck. Location aside; the process to pick up the truck/return is soooo annoying and a nuisance. Would definitely consider other options next time around.

angelika jGot an unprofessional early morning phone call from the location saying I would be charged $1500 (which was not outlined in my contract) if I did not return on time as they had no trucks to give to another renter. On top of that was charged for 4 extra days beyond my rental contract despite returning it on the correct day because they processed the truck return late on their end. Had to do a runaround between uhaul locations, phone calls and emails to get the situation fixed which took several extra hours across a week and a bit to get corrected. Pick any location but this one.
