Truck was sounding really bad and also the brakes were very loose. Cracking sound while changing gear. Wont recommend it to others. Also I paid around $96 for only 31 miles.
ratandeepdeet sOwner was 30 minutes late to work. But that's just Uhaul. Horrible experience with Uhaul time after time. Not just this location. Was moved around 3 times after booking truck a month in advanced. Didn't get the truck I booked, nor at the time I booked it. Was offered a $50 credit. Didn't receive it. Brought truck back with 1/2 tank more fuel than I picked up with and still got charged for 25 extra miles, despite making a strong case of how horrible this company is.
Richard CDani was very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process, even if he was not physically there to help me. He made it very easy for me as a first time user (especially it being an online contract/over the phone), to understand what I needed to do. It’s also pretty convenient that the location also fixes/repairs cars. If Dani treats all his customers as well as he treated me, then I’m sure both businesses will only get better.
