The owner was quite nice. Location has a very limited stock of moving accessories. I needed a pin to secure my trailer hitch and I was sent to the local Walmart to pick one up.Arthur T.

My disappointment is not with this facility. My issues are with Bunting Marine. We had reserved a truck with this facility and they were to open at 9:30. Nobody was there and we waited for till 10:45. I called Uhaul and they could not reach anyone either and found me an alternate location for pick up, further away and more miles on truck. I asked to wave mileage charges and said they couldn't. This is a huge disappointment and terrible Customer Service and looks bad on UhAUL!!!! Only problem occurred when the key was not in the drop box. I had to go find the attendant. He also had to load the blankets in the truck. Last the armrest on the drivers side seat was missing. The attendant and I both took pics for damage claim purposes but it didn't appear that there would be any attempt to repair or replace.Ronald F.

E we were supposed to get a 20 mile credit because of the location change and then also we were charged 22.63 extra today... we tried to deliver and check in truck last night but the app kept kicking us out so we couldn't complete it... but we do have photos etc.Paul H.

I would like to speak with a General Manager, as I am extremely displeased with the way your scheduling manager John interacted with my wife and daughter by phone on 04/24/2020 between the hours of 7pm-8pm. I would also like to address the miss information that the U-haul location gave (Abawa & Son in Wylie). I would like for the GM to pull the call and call me @469.774.5022. John was uncooperative, belligerent and hung up on my wife without resolving our issues with the pickup portion of the rental, and I would like to discuss any charges that were applied for extra mileage. I would greatly appreciate if the GM could give me a call at his/her earliest convenience. I really need to speak to some in upper management for the Wylie, TX area, 75098 Amiably, Dr. Willie P. I was lucky to get service from Abawa and sons. The original location I had reserved from did not have the truck I was to rent because another person was using it for their moving company. This was a reoccurring issue with that person (I was told). Perhaps you should increase penalties on a scale because it's not fair to people like myself.Framcois H.
