Trucks steering wheel was very badly deteriorated. Put a steering wheel cover on it. But more importantly, the dolly I ordered was missing from the truck, so I had to move everything by hand! It was also annoying that the office wasn't open and I had to do self check-out. According to uhauls website, the office was open at the time of check-out, but according to the store, they were not.
