LANCE WThe gentleman running this place was very nice. The truck we got had issues. The A/C would cut in and out, the front end felt loose and wobbly, and the truck was not wanting to shift gears. So the 120 mile travel was very uncomfortable and not very safe feeling. So for $300 I think U-Haul should definitely keep up there vehicles maintenance much better!
