I was charged a cleaning fee for a spotless trailer rental that was borrowed for all of 3.5 hours and run on the road and hauled 6 pieces of lumber and a metal ladder. I took before and after pictures and there is no reason for this and until this is removed, if it is, my opinion is very poor for this experience at this location ion.

RICHARD KThe person that handled my reservation on site did not seem very knowledgeable with the system! We asked for the closet to Middletown, De to return truck and after about 5-20 minutes of googling around the system he said ok got you one in Middletown address will be on your receipt and you return vehicle Monday night 10/5 .. he took my payment $360.86.. off we went we didn’t really look at the receipt until we went to return the truck!! The location was 22 miles from Middletown and it said it had to be there by 10:00 not night like he said!!! Well we were done with truck Sunday night but figured we would unload boxes and put stuff away in new place!! We set out to take the truck back and I seen it was 22 miles away and the truck was supposed to be back at 10 !! It was now 2:00pm upon arrival I explained everything to the clerk who was very unprofessional smoking a cigarette and she said oh no problem I’ll get you checked in and jut email you the receipt!!! We left and then o open my email this morning and see that she charged us for another full day of $50 and $15 for coverage!!! I’m very very disappointed and I want a full refund of that extra day charge!!! If I do not get refunded I will notify all social media outlets of the lousy service and fraudulent charges, I will also notify the BBB
