My u haul experience was absolutely awful. My equipment was reserved, and when I went to get it, it was gone and/or not available. I had to run 1 hour in rush hour traffic for a replacement. I wouldn't have gone for it but for the fact I had help on both ends already setup. It was a 1 way rental so I didn't have the option to delay to wait for u haul to get a replacement. What really aggravated me was the fact that I rent several times a year when I get so busy I don't have enough equipment to handle my work load. And this isn't the first time I've had this type of thing happen. So the bottom line here is if you are going to do business with these people verify, verify, and then verify again. Their system is full of errors and it's very expensive to work around these mistakes. Unfortunately there's not a lot competition in the u haul marketplace. And customer service sucks. Nobody gives a shit. It was not this location fault and the people there were great. U haul sux
