Key drop off box was too high for us. We are both 5' and if was difficult to reach up and put the keys in the box.

A literal shed where the employee inside had locked the door and fallen asleep. The owner showed up 30 minutes later after several phone calls and was very rude and also uninformed of uhaul loadshare procedures.
