Convenient pickup and drop off process, close to home for us, clean and cared for vehicles & a cute cat on the porch to greet you. All the C’s you could possibly need. TYLER RPerhaps sensitivity and customer service training, and some sort of oversight to help the location conform to the higher level of quality we usually get from U-HAUL. The truck had performance related issues and was filthy. Unrelated to the location itself, the U-HAUL app would not work for self-check in, however, the individual at the location was not only not helpful, but accusatory and disengaged. They canclelled the rental and started over, however, they would not permit us to use a client's credit card, which it turns out was not proper procedure.

TAMMY TThe setup of having to go to the office for the trailer park and get the keys out with old combination locks is odd and wasn't the most user friendly. Either dealing with a person or having newer lock systems would be better.
