Won't rent from U-Haul again. I was twenty minutes late and got charge another day. When I returned the van the employee didn't tell me anything. Even if the system charges another day automatically, the employee could have told me my bill will be $30 higher.Daniel C.

Staff hooked me up and told me I was good to go w/out an inspection. When I called UHUAL and gained access to the online inspection site I found in my text messages I found the picture of the trailer were not pictures of the trailer I rented. Manuel Garcia was great. After hour drop off was ridiculously time consuming. Bait and switch with your photos of aluminum trailers and when I picked the trailer up found it to be heavy steel instead. Disappointing!Martin M.
Got charged more than I should have. Customer service said I would get a refund but still haven't and it's 4 days later and the charge went from pending to cleared yesterday. The agent did not say u was getting charged for 100 miles when I said I would only be driving about 40. Terrible customer service.JASON F.

We had ordered a 26' truck and when we went to pick up they let us know we would only have the truck for 5 hours instead of 6. So we had to settle on a smaller truck.ERIC H.

The online, app-assisted pickup was a complete disaster. If I wasn't a fairly savvy Internet / computer user I would not have been able to complete the pickup without getting help. Buttons in the app were not functional. I ended up going to the webpage, where fortunately, it was able to pick up where I left off and complete the pickup process. I can not recommend the automated pickup process to anyone. The fact that you have to go into the office and be handed the key by a person at the end kind of negates the whole concept of being touchless in the end, anyway.Robert S.

Please sweep out the back of the trailers before renting them. I picked up my trailer and it had pieces of metal, dirt, and shards of glass in it. The overall trailer looked horrible and you can tell it is not well maintained.ANTONIO G.

I didn't know how to open the gas tank. It is a little unusual and maybe could have been pointed out before hand. But the guy in charge was so helpful, and the rental so good, and the great price, that I have already recommend this location to another person.Robert S.
Only drove the pickup 3 miles from location when a drunk driver pulled in front of me and caused me to crash into them and was still charged $251.00 for a full day. Not happy with that.David F.
Have your employees follow safe practices would be an improvement. The gentleman that filled out the paperwork/rental agreement for the smaller trailer was not personable and wore NO MASK. He seemed to resent my questions. The gentleman that hooked up the rental equipment was very personable but pulled his mask down inside. Except for safety protocols, which ARE CRUCIAL to the safety of your customers and their families...much less your own families. I may have been exposed recently and if not, I feel that I could have been exposed by YOUR PERSONNEL. Thank you for the attention to this vitallyerin J.

I rented the 15' truck, furniture pads and dolly from Uhaul on ABQ on Central Av. 10 days PAID in advance. I fly down there from Mpls and taxi to Uhaul. They had no truck, pads or dolly. They sent me to another location, another taxi, to get the truck, got the truck, but they had no pads or dolly either. I got credited, but moving and driving 1,500 miles one way, I really needed the dolly and pads.Phyllis W.
