Have a full tank of gas, clean the interior ( like I did ) oil the rear rollup door once in a while, or try open it to see how hard it is to open. Didn't even check truck upon return or pick up. But did send me a text telling me to take pictures of the unit, while parked in front of office. Couldn't even walk out the door.2 worker in office at the time,and myself. The girl for got to take payment. Took seven calls from jack to get the payment do the next day. I could go on

The person at the front desk was excellent to deal with. Very knowledgeable and cheerful. While she did ask if I needed to rent a storage container she did not try to push any extras onto me. Checking the vehicle back in was a breeze. Could not be happier with the service at this Uhaul center!

Gurtej SMake sure the gas tank is over half full. It was a quarter full, and on return claimed it was half full. Thankfully we took a picture of where the gas gage was.
