Mrs.Alice was great, I did have to wait for over an hour to pick up rental truck due to the system being down (no fault to the location of pickup) this was a U haul issue.

I am waiting to be contacted by a regional representative. The equipment/trailer lights were not working, making it unsafe to use the trailer. I had to turn it in 2 days early when I was able to get it to a U-Haul location. Please contact me regarding this rental and experience. I called and left a detailed description of the problem, and it created a big inconvenience on my end. This trailer should not be rented out to anyone else until it is fixed.

Dennis WClean yes. Well maintained? Hardly. One of THE worst trucks I have ever driven. I had numerous broken items due to the VERY rough ride. Terrible vehicle.
ROBERT CThe agent seemed unfamiliar with the system, and it took at least 45 minutes to get through the paperwork. No one assisted with hooking up the trailer or inspected it after I hooked it up. I have literally rented dozens of Uhaul trailers in the last 35 years, and this was by far my worst experience. I suggest that training take place.
