I was told there was going to be a person there. We turned the truck in on the 1st of July and they did not check it in until the 3rd of July. I called the number they had listed and was told they would check it in and anotate the account. Because it was after hours they would check it in on Thurs the 2nd of July. Unprofessional and over charged. No call to me and had my phone number.

This location was wonderful. I had lost my phone in the truck not only. Did they find it by doing thorough inspection of the truck after I returned it… They went above and beyond to get it back to me! I’m so incredibly grateful.
Rachel ENo one there, they were working from home. Very vague on where to leave the truck and the drop off app was not working properly. Hopefully I left it in the proper empty lot.

donna hHorrible! No one on site. Sign says 8-5:30 operating hours but this is NOT a manned location. Person who UHaul contacted to FINALLY show up was aggressively rude and loudly fussed at ME for making her leave her “other job” to come open up. She was borderline abusive. Did not know how to perform her duties. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.
