Horrible! No one on site. Sign says 8-5:30 operating hours but this is NOT a manned location. Person who UHaul contacted to FINALLY show up was aggressively rude and loudly fussed at ME for making her leave her "other job" to come open up. She was borderline abusive. Did not know how to perform her duties. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

When dropped off we used the mobile app. My only criticism of the location is that the parking lot was super small for a 26' trailer and tow hitch to park. Overall the location was super easy to find and the parking lot was clean.
Victoria SI ask for a dolly/ they didn’t put one on the truck/ this was a weekend/ so I have to rent again to get my heavy items
elizabeth bFirst of all, I called to see what the hours were and Voicemail indicated open till 2 PM. Store actually closed at 1 PM. I was fortunate the vehicle made it back to the drop off, as I indicated in info for after hours drop off, vehicle did not meet expectations. After loading and within 20 miles down the road, ABS warning light came on, traction control warning light came on and cruise control stopped working. Truck also leaked in rainwater at front top left, leaving numerous boxes damaged by water. Very disappointing rental experience.
MARK PI didn't really use gas. Because everything was around eachother. Charging me $30 for gas was unacceptable! Some of the charges wasn't necessary .
