The car was new but dirty.

- The fuel quantity was not marked correctly, marking as 5/8 mentioning it is slightly above half mark and on a slope. Returned at the same initial level putting about 6.5 gallons for 62 total miles. The return location marked as 1/2 tank and charged extra $16 for the 4 gallons extra fuel. Varying levels of reading is not right. - Had signed up for SafeMove damage waiver. This location didn't take time to verify or explain if there was any damage to the equipment. Later, while returning, found that there was a dent under the carrier part on the driver side. There was no charge due to protection, however, felt this was not appropriate.

I picked up the truck, and the gas gauge was on the low side of 1/2, on the way back, added a gallon (after driving a total of 10 miles). When I returned the truck, they claimed it was as 3/8, and completely RIPPED ME OFF AND CHARGED 12 DOLLARS FOR GAS!!! The gas gauge was higher than when I picked up the truck. Is this how you people make money by ripping off customers. I guess you sure don’t count on any repeat customers huh? Everyone’s going to hear about how bad you people ripped me off!

The tire pressure indicator was on when I picked up the van. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice if they could have handled that. Otherwise, it was an easy pick up and drop off and I was credited back for the two miles I didn't use.

I returned the truck with 7/8 of a tank, exactly as I had departed with it. I did not wait for the attendant to finish with other customers and close my contract. I trusted him and simply left the key at the front desk. So when I discovered that I had been incorrectly charged for 2 gallons of gas, there was nothing I could do.

Be sure the dimensions on the website are internal measurements. The exterior measurement is meaningless.

I guess I was disappointed that we drove 6 miles, but somehow we used a whole “1/8” of a tank and was charged $25 to make up for it. Guess next time we’ll take pictures of fuel gauge.

When we picked up the U haul, it was a dirty place. The people were friendly but unkempt. When we arrived at our old place to load all of our items, we were shocked at the condition of the truck. It had broken glass all over the floor and the worst part was it was covered in kitty litter and stunk to high heavens. I had to clean it out and deal with the smell in all of my furniture and I am deathly allergic to cats! They also did not have the dolly in the truck! So we had to move all of the heavy totes with no dolly! We were in pain for days. I was not happy with the experience at all. Very disappointed. I would like a refund but probably will not see any compensation.

Allow the 6 X 12 utility trailers to be used on a one way basis. Forcing the customer to rent the more expensive car hauler is not a way to build customer loyalty. I realize this is a corporate rule, but as a dealer you need to put pressure on corporate.

We picked up TT1155J Saturday morning 10/13/18, truck was very dirty in both the cab and the box, looks like the previous renters used it to haul dry wall or some building equipment, dust everywhere in box, had to put plastic down to keep our furniture clean. Inside of cab looks like they had muddy hands all over the steering wheel.

The truck was filthy. When I went to pick up the trailer and truck I was told I would have to rent a Reese hitch. I questioned that I had rented a truck to pull a trailer I also rented and you are telling me the ball hitch to connect the two is something else I need to rent? I considered this absolute bullshit and believe the guy telling me this was trying to bump up my costs. Luckily the guy doing my paperwork I feel was more honest and put the reese hitch as part of my rental. I won't do this again

Check out was a bit frightening. A man named Chris who identified himself as the owner of Southside Rentals approached me and offered to take the keys. I politely declined and put them in the dropbox. On checking the vehicle back in, the website froze and I was not given instructions for turning the keys back in.
