I ordered 12 moving blankets and during online check in I said they were not present in the truck. However I was still charged for them. How do I go about getting the $10 charge credited back to my credit card?

Just not same experience that I usually get at a uhaul facility. No paper work given at initial rental no review of gas. Truck storage area was dirty

JOHN PThe U-Haul app experience was NOT great and I would rather prefer to select a location with a real person. I was not aware of how long the process takes and should have at least arrived 30 minutes before I scheduled the pickup. U-Haul should allow you to register your rental a day before and have at least the driver license and verification process in advance. Also, when you first get your vehicle you need to take pictures from each side. This is great on theory, but to be able to fit wach side on the camera view you need to step back at least 20 feet. This is impossible from where the truck is parked.
