Rick at this location, if that is really his name, was very unprofessional. He was very disrespectful and dismissive. He wouldn’t even take two minutes to do the inspection with me and check the vehicle in, he just took the key and told me he was busy and to leave. And then after I left he charged me a bogus $25 cleaning fee when I have pictures of the back of the truck showing how clean I left it and proof that the hand truck and drop clothes were left in the back. Why, it took my son nearly 30 mins to clean the cab of the truck when we picked it up and so it was far cleaner when I dropped it off than when I picked it up. If this man treated me like this I can only imagine how he treats other senior citizens my age. It was despicable. This location needs to be taken off of the U-Haul approved list. I would never ever recommend it.

Michael MI paid roughly $40 for 24 hours, returned it 10 hours later was charged $20 for after hours which was a bunch of crap and $25 for cleaning and it wasn’t dirty. Wrote a letter never got a response.
