Made the reservation well in advance. Was told multiple times there were no 20' trucks available even though plenty were seen all over. The truck was old, had no cruise control and could not adjust the mirrors without partially dismantling them. Abut 75 % of the moving blankets were reused and dirty.Tyler B.

The app was really clunky and it was impossible to pull up my contract to find out how much gas was needed for the return. I know the computer system supposedly crashed earlier that day, so I understand that my technical issues might have been related to that. I think I would have much rather just worked with a live person rather than going through the app... it's just not there yet.Gerrit W.

Excellent staff. I rent here often. This trailer is in a very bad condition, including noises, rust etc. Usually I would give this place, the staff and equipment 5 starstom T.
I did not have a pleasant experience with the man at the front desk. Also, the truck is extremely difficult to pull out and in of the parking spot. It is located under the L in the alley and has a narrow entrance wide enough for 1 car.ADAM P.
I moved 100s of miles away, I drove all day, and unpacked the truck.. I turned the truck in 1 day in advance, and when I got him I fell asleep. I got changed $20 for turning in my truck after hours, when all I needed to do is go online. I understand there is a sign but I did not see it as I was focusing on turning in the truck. Charged $20 for the thing they would have done for free on the day of. Absolutely shit. Will use a different service if I need to rent a truck again. Uhaul is a scam.CARSON WILLIAM P.

I originally reserved my trailer from a different location. It was a Sunday pick up. The location I got my original confirmation at was not even open the day I was picking up. I should have not been able to make a reservation from a location that is closed. I checked on the day prior and got pushed to a location quite a bit farther away. I only realized this when this morning I Google searched the original location and saw it was closed. I looked closer at the post check in email and then saw the new spot. I lost an entirely unplanned hour due to the switch. You should get your reservation system act together so this sort of thing just doesn't happen.Dyer V.

The truck had over 95,000 miles, zero power, and no shocks. It bounced so badly I thought I'd never stop shaking! Additionally, the man who brought it to the pickup area had been smoking in it! I'm asthmatic and had to stand outside the truck, windows down, a/c on, just to be able to breath. No other truck available they said.JOSEPH G.
I have never experience such poor service and hospitality, I was told that I was an asshole when I was questioning some fees for damage the Manager, Mr Charles Spaulding wants me to pay. The customer service at this location was exceedingly poor. Every time I called the location I was on hold for at least 10 minutes. Customer service in person was even worse with employees being rude, dismissive, and refusing to answer questions. In person employees refuse to answer basic questions or complete basic tasks and instead tell you to call with your questions. When you do call you are then placed on hold for at least 10 minutes. Additionally, the truck we rented had the tire indicator light on when I rented it. I assumed that the tire was just low and filled it before hitting the road. We had the truck for 8 days and throughout that time the tire had to be topped up at least once a day, which was a daily inconvenience. When we went to turn in the truck last night, the online system was not working on either my andriod or my husband's iphone, I asked an employee for help and was told in a rude (but unsuprising) way to call the company tomorrow. When I was finally able to check the truck in, there was an addiitional $105 fee on the bill. I did not agree with the additional fee as I did not know what it was for. I requested that I receive a call from someone explaining the charge to me before it was charged to my account. I left my phone number with the request. However despite the fact that no one attempted to contact me today, my credit card was charged this morning. I would highly recommend using a different location if you are interested in receiving respectful, timely, and competent customer service.KATIE JO R.

They didn't give me the dolly I paid to rent. The whole process took FOREVER, and the contact free method still required contact. The employees were rude and one completely didn't even acknowledge us, although there were no other customers in the store. The drop off instructions were useless and the key drop off is no where near the front entrance. Whole experience was awful and I will never use this location again and rethinking uhaul altogether since I found out Home Depot rents trucks too.Melissa S.

They tried to give me a van when I had rented a pickup truck, and I had to ask for a pickup truck. The employee said they were out, then went and found one. No one was at equipment return when I returned the vehicle and when I tried to return it at the front desk, the employee behind the register kept saying â€œI'm only one person.â€ It took me about 20 minutes to finally make the return. This location is clearly understaffed and the employees overworked, plus there are no managers around. More help needed!Matthew M.
