Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis was the longest time I have ever spent at a U-Haul location checking out with a reservation and I had to pay extra for a dolly that the location didn’t have although it was on the reservation. My pickup was for 5:15. The door was locked upon trying to enter. The general manager came and assisted. We had to give our information 2-3 times because he said the system. We didn’t get out of there until well after 5:30. I would like to compensated for the dolly at least the difference. Every dollar counts
Melanie TThey said they were open and the light was on inside but after several calls they didn’t answer and never returned my call. I was there during the hours that their sign said they were open. I had to check out on line
Malissa LAnswer the phone when people call.
Mariellyn GTruck had unbalanced tires in the rear. This made for an unpleasant experience driving and also made my gas mileage sick.
