The 20 foot truck cab was dirty and had a huge crack across the windshield! If we hadn't been short on time we would have gone to another location. It's dangerous to drive on a highway with that kind of damage on the windshield.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery clean facility. Friendly personnel. Easy drop off experience. Made up for the stress we received at pickup.
cameron kCheryl the manager was extremely friendly!
Joshua HNot really the locations fault, but There Really needs to be trailer Jacks on the front of these trailers to facilitate hookup to tow vehicle. Trying to lift up that tongue to hookup is not easy when you’re by yourself. As far as the equipment goes, The top marker light was out, and the left brake light and running light was out as well.
Thomas BMark the trucks so the size is obvious, not encoded in the vehicle ID.
