Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHave informed employees!!! I was told there would be someone to help me hook up the dolly to the truck when I got there. There was no one there to help me a the dolly was not hooked up !!!! there was a heavy trailer in fact parked in front the dolly that I was supposed to hook up to my car. Which by the way my car was not allowed on the property. Thank god there was a man walking by who helped me. I’ve rented may Uhaul equipment over my life this was unacceptable!!! I had to buy tools to get the straps out of the ratchets to strap down my tires in the dolly because of the previous user or the lack of inspection so I won’t be paying the money to put the vehicle. I rented Back To where it was half full of gas.
Mark BVan was dropped off Sunday outside business hours.
Leon GI requested a dolly and blankets, but there was none available.
Daniel LThe services very excellent
