When I book a truck I want it to be there not be told the one I wanted is not running. Then get sent to another place and end up getting a 26 foot when all I need is a 15 foot . Was told they tried to call me but that was a lie no one called me . I hope you can do better next time.

Owners were not in at time of pick up but I did manage to talk to them and pick up the trailer after about 15 mins.

Fabienne RSome guy answered the door in bare feet and pyjamas. Long wait to be served, loud music and noise because it’s basically in their house. They definitely don’t check anything on the equipment before the next person picks it up because there was a soft tire with a nail in it on the trailer we rented.
