I don't really know what you could do to improve the customer service at this location. My guess would be to continue to support the people who run this location. With all the chaos that was my move, uhaul was the one thing thing I didn't have to worry about. Thank you!
Excellent service! Joel is awesome and more than accommodating! All my phone calls were either answered or returned very quickly. Paperwork was minimal. Truck was in excellent shape inside and out ... like new! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and will personally use them again.

Same issue returning truck. Camera would not work in the uhaul app. Left truck at dropoff location as no one was there yet for another 1/2 hr.

The back of the van was dirty, had dirt, mulch and shredded paper in the back. I had to clean out the van before I could any on my belongings in it.

We called at 3:20 to get exact location of facility. Our GPS said we were 2.3 miles. He said he was open until 4:00. We arrived at 3:40 only to find the lights out and doors locked. What a contrast to the service we received at pickup.
One truck that I rented had almost 160,000 miles and vibrated so bad it could not be operated over 55mph This older unit needs replacement

Human side of experience was fine. Truck was lacking. Probable flat spotted left front tire. Shook like Jello for 1800 miles. Very tiring. Large air leak of some sort in cab. Possibly in AC duct work. Extremely loud. Check engine light came on intermittently for hours in NM. Fluid levels an gauges were OK. Problem seemed to go away last 300 miles. Inside of cab needed cleaned. Back in 2018 drove Uhaul 26' from AZ to TN and it was MUCH better experience. Current truck needs some attention.
