There was an issue with the website automatically having me return trailer to the nearest U-Haul dealer to my house. I put in returning to the same location I was renting it from. And that's what it showed on my confirmation but not on his computer. I had to wait about an hour for him to figure out how to change that. Not really his fault. He did mention the website is difficult to use. He made some calls and got it figured out.
