I'm leaving this review about the Uhaul in Bellingham on Meridian, not Heston Hauling. We were told there would someone to give us keys to the vehicle at the pickup location at 9 and there was not. We were lucky that the nice people at Heston Hauling happened to come in on their day off an hour later, so they were able to help us. It turned out the contract we had set up previously wasn't even finished yet, so we had to go through the whole process again before we were able to leave. Then we found out that there was no dolly like we requested, and later found out that we got charged extra because the contract was only setup for 1 day, not 2 like we requested. Absolute nightmare as were on a tight schedule.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisN/A on the personnel type questions as the location was closed during lisred "business hours' when we returned the vehicle and we needed to contact UHaul main number the next day to verify that return of the vehicle was noted. Overall very negative experience with both the UHaul app and website. The locations for pick and return were not so much of an issue
Patrick PMake sure you have the equipment that you reserved..I had to go to a different place to get the appliance dolly..Then we went to unload the truck and it leaked..sopping wet boxes..this was a newer truck..not happy...had to wash everything that was on that side of truck ..ruined stuff that were in said boxes..
