N/A on the personnel type questions as the location was closed during lisred "business hours' when we returned the vehicle and we needed to contact UHaul main number the next day to verify that return of the vehicle was noted. Overall very negative experience with both the UHaul app and website. The locations for pick and return were not so much of an issue

Make sure you have the equipment that you reserved..I had to go to a different place to get the appliance dolly..Then we went to unload the truck and it leaked..sopping wet boxes..this was a newer truck..not happy...had to wash everything that was on that side of truck ..ruined stuff that were in said boxes..
