Shannon went out of her way to be helpful, unlike the manager at the Florence Blvd location, that I first attempted rental from. I would NEVER recommend to that facility (Florence Boulevard) to anyone for anything, as long as she is a manager. Because we were moving, I had just updated my license, to our new address. She would NOT use my paper license, even though I had Corp customer service on the phone, and they stated that it was no problem to use it and I had my old license available, as a backup. The manager at the Florence Blvd location needs more customer relations training. However, Shannon at the Wood Ave store was a pleasure to deal with and I would rent from her facility again.

Nothing keep doing what you doing
Ray MDid not receive the dolly I paid for and did not receive reimbursement for it. Made the move much more complicated without it.

MARK HI got charged $56. I actually dropped the truck off a day earlier than I was supposed to. There should not have been another charge.
