I had to get a ball for my hitch. I was just told to grab whichever one for my trailer. It was too low. And even when they attached it, they made a comment that it was low, but continue to let me drive away. I eneded up having to buy another ball. I had no idea, and they weren't paying enough attention to communicate the issue.Bryanna S.

It's kind of insane that you have three people turning over trucks and one person issuing them. His customer service was less than but if you constantly had a line out the door of people, some made about the wait and some argumentative about struggling to reserve a unit online you probably wouldn't provide sparkling customer service either. The product has never failed me but I won't recommend this location to anyone I know until it's properly staffed. The longest part of the process of moving appliances into storage today was waiting in lineamanda M.
Had to wait over an hour to get my equipment, and they over charged me with out my consent. The system glitched and after hours return was cumbersome as the system didn't work correctly. Waste of time and money.Alexis S.

Need additional staff to help with customers. The staff was very helpful but the line took 1/2 hour to get through. There were 3 spots for customer service reps, but only one rep on duty. Please hire more staff so customers won't have to wait so long.Meredith L.

WORST customer service & nasty equipment!!! I tried to use contactless option but wasn't working so stood in line for 30 minutes w/ other customers while clerk (don't know name but had waist-long braid down his back) engaged in rambling & unnecessary diatribe w/ a customer who clearly just wanted to get outta there. There was a 2nd employee moving bundles of flat-stacked boxes from 1 place to another spot about 2 feet away. Finally another customer asked him why he couldn't help & he grudgingly went behind counter. He told me where to find van I was renting & it wasn't there so I had to go back inside & ask again...it was on other side of parking lot. When I crossed parking lot clerk Talkative honked at ME, apparently ignorant of the whole â€œpedestrian has right of wayâ€ thing, not to mention I was crossing area 1st AND was customer & he was employee. Then van was very dirty inside & I had NO confidence any COVID sanitation had been done. Were MANY dents & scratches on exterior that U-Haul had previously noted but made no effort to repair, plus dents in cargo hold over wheel wells. There were several vans like I rented just sitting there - only they were in better condition so WTF? Only positive was nice young man who received van when I returned it...he was friendly, competent & QUICK. DON'T RENT HERE!!!!!LINDA Z.

There was quite a wait - I would think that people that make reservations olnine should not have to stand in line behind people that didn't. There should be 2 lines. That way there aren't people who took the time to go online don't have to wait and hear people gripping that they cant get a trailer or van. My reservation was for 8 and I didnt get to the desk till 8:45 because of the waitChristopher R.
