Matt was great to work with.
Harold WDid it entirely by cell phone and loved the ease of it with 1 exception; the Wi-Fi in the area was not great, so it took some time to get everything through. Well worth it and priced right. Very pleased with service.

Jose CThis was the most difficult thing to do from the beginning to the end, and in pouring rain no less. Sat on the phone with your representative for almost an hour to open the van to start this nightmare. Had to take pictures of everything, phone got wet, took almost as long to return as it did to start the rental process which was a complete nightmare. I will not recommend anyone doing this alone, just go somewhere and rent it from a person. You say it is easy, perhaps for a young person with knowledge of new programs but my son is a computer whiz and he was like "this is ridiculous mom" he is 29 years old.
