The rental was for 2 days and I only needed it for 4 hours so I picked up the 15' truck at 11am and returned it at 3 on the 26th. I was to return it on the 28th. I noticed a voicemail on the 30th that had been sent on the 26th. So I called the phone number that was left to confirm the return. The Uhaul rep told me that the truck was not checked in and that he would call them. I told the rep that I only had it 4 hours and on the return the individual told me he would leave if for the person who handled UHauls. Disappointed that they didn't complete that return processing on either the 26th or 27th.
RONALD VDropped off at night, no one was there. The instructions said to lock up any equipment, the only way I could was to put the 2 wheel dolly in the cab of the truck. Followed all the steps and received a call saying that they couldn’t find the keys that I left in the key drop box.
DAVID NAgent was fast in getting me to the rental and on my way.
