The agent at the Innisfail office was very friendly and helpful. I had trouble trying to rent the truck online and had to go the the office to get it rented. The agent told me the best way to rent the truck. He also helped me when the Calgary office for U-Haul called and gave me hassles. I will not do the online renting anymore but will go directly to the Innisfail office to get what I need. The Calgary office needs to get a better method of keeping in touch with their outpost offices.
