Started off a little rough as we weren't told that the U-haul we reserved was in for maintenance, but that being said we were accommodated quite quickly! Staff was great & the u-haul itself was in great condition. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is moving!!

Trailer had debris and dirt in It from the last user, there were old bolts and springs in it. The person I checked in with was on the phone with a personal or business issue while talking to me at the same time. I was not the priority.

GORDON LI had to wait almost 2 hours to get the keys for my truck that was scheduled to be picked up at 7 am
dennis pWhen I went to return to my assigned drop-off they had no record of the required key number to find the file at their end. Had to spend time waiting while they placed two calls. Told them I wasn't about to drive it back to the pickup which was three and a half hours at least. They finally got clearance to accept the truck and close the file. Just what you don't need after two days of loading moving and unloading in extreme heat!
