My original order the location was not able to fulfill my request so it was transferred to another location . Upon arrival I was able to get the size of truck I needed but the additional items I needed to rent was not available . It was a major inconvenience to me and I was very displeased with the customer service as well.

I reserved a 17' truck the day before for 7:00 am I had my confirmation # 29781689 & when i arrived at 7:05 I waited 20 minutes for the sales guy who told me there were no 17' & the group next to me were taking the last 20', so I had to take a 15' that was not enough to fit all my materials into, 2 days prior I had p/u a 20' same location with no issues. The sales guy said oh well ???, he gave me a truck with a 1/4 tank of gas & said if I return it with less then 1/4 take they will charge me 30 dollars, I would like a $50 credit like you say if you can not give the truck i reserved. I would not go back to that sales guy at that location again. Dennis

Firstly, the information on my drop-off was wrong, did not accept this vehicle at this location even though it stated on my reservation. Had to call Uhual and rep was not helpful and understanding even after explaining to them what was on my reservation. How am I to know it was a different drop off. Horrible drop off experience, will probably never use Uhaul again.

We had reserved a 17' and an appliance dolly.. the day before our moving date they called to tell me the 17' truck was not available anymore even after reserving it. Also on pick up date the appliance dolly was not available even thought that too was reserved. It caused minor inconvenience but if a customer reserves a product prior unlike just walking in it should have been available. The staff were courteous and well spoken but unable to give an answer about what we reserved.

I booked a 17 feet truck rental a few days before I went to pick it up and they called me on the day of pick up 5 minutes before I arrived to tell me that they do not have the vehicle size I booked due to a leak since it was raining that day. I had to settled for a 15 feet truck because I had no choice since they gave me no time to make other arrangements since I was already driving to the uhaul location to pick it up. I knew the 15 feet was too small and will have to make 2 trips which costed me double the mileage. When I asked them about the $50 "Reservation Guarantee", I was told that it only applies if I do not settle with a truck that day. Since they gave me no time to make other arrangements, I had no choice but to accept the 15 feet truck available. According to the "Reservation Guarantee" policy, they were supposed to call me the day prior which they did not call until the day of when I was already on my way to the U-Haul location. After I drove the 15 feet truck home to load my stuff, I noticed the truck was leaking water inside. I didn't have time to drive it back for another truck so my husband wipe up the water and plugged the leaking area with a towel and we proceeded with packing our stuff. So not only did I not get the bigger truck I initially ordered due to leaks but I received a smaller truck that also leaked along with driving 2 trips which costed me double the mileage. I had rented from U-Haul before with no issue but I'm definitely not happy with what happened this time. I believe if a customer books a truck in advance, they need to make sure the truck is working properly regardless of the weather or give the customer a discounted price if they are unable to accommodate to a bigger truck size since it is not the customer's fault and it'll cost the customer double mileage to make 2 trips. I rather they gave me the 17 feet truck I booked since the 15 feet truck had leaks anyways plus double the mileage for 2 trips. Calling the customer 5 minutes before pick up time does not suffice as giving us a notice to make other arrangements. I will think twice before renting from U-Haul next time.

Everything went smoothly, except the truck only had one functioning headlight and I knew I would be driving at night and need the headlights. Felt unsafe and that is a pretty big piece of the inspection. I wasn't happy about that. Otherwise pleasant experience at this location.

They charge me for late night service without letting me know the fact that if I left the car after hours there will be a charge. However while renting the car they told me that I can return the car anytime I want but never told me that there will be a charge for that.

We dropped off a truck and pod after hours and left the keys in a "drop keys here" box. I get 3 calls that i left the truck in an inconvenient place, they can't find the keys, and to come move the car from their receiving area. THREE calls in a span of 2 hours. When I finally called back, I told them to check their BOX!!! After dropping off the pod with the truck that morning, I called to which a call center responded saying their wasn't anything else I needed to do. The associates from the location then asked me if the pod was packed or empty. I had already discussed this with the call center. Do you guys not communicate with each other? Is it not protocol to check the drop box before calling the customer 3 times to ask them to come back and move the truck?

I put excellent because the staff was very friendly and the process was pretty quick. But they did forget to give us the appliance dolly and 6 furniture blankets that we paid for. I had mentioned them when we first got there and assumed they were in the trailer but they were not.
