Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe only thing I would complain about which has nothing to do with my pick-up and drop-off. Uhaul should not be allowed to change the location the customer chooses. If there are no trucks available for the customers request, they should not be allowed to proceed further. Once a confirmation for said location is provided, Uhaul should make it a point to get the truck to the location that the customer picked. It is an inconvenience to change the customers chosen location/vehicle and if it absolutely necessary to do that beyond Uhauls control, then Uhaul, not the location should compensate the customer.
Marie JUhaul rep was 15 min late to work, 3 out of 4 tires were underinflated, thankfully I check before loading.
PATRICK RVery Rude!!! Had my paid reservation and arrived on time. The manager/owner?, could not get his computer to work properly. He then started to switch the blame on me, telling me I didn’t fill the online form properly. I assured him I had, and had copies of my properly completed receipt with the order number. He called another man on the phone for assistance. The whole time he’s cursing and yakking that he won’t be dealing with trailers anymore. The man on the phone was nice and was trying to help. Finally, (and you’re going to love this), he hung up the phone, looked at me and told me he’s all done with trailers, go outside and wait for somebody to call you to dispatch! I was not quite understanding because I could not believe he was kicking me out and telling me to go outside and wait for a call!!! He turned around and walked away. My son and I were in disbelief!!! We went outside and stood there not knowing what was going on. I did get a call from the nice man and the situation was resolved, no thanks to the location manager. . The trailer was nice it pulled well lights worked fine, but we were on a very timed schedule to avoid Boston traffic. This 45 minute delay (which should never had happened), caused us to add an additional hour driving time to get to our destination on top of the 45 minute delay!
David MTruck ran and didn’t job. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d give the staff 5 stars!!! But the truck ha no ac and it had a check engine light on. Otherwise A++ for this location!
