KAYLA CSchedule the vehicle pickup at the requested time! I specifically requested 10am, station was told 12 noon by online schedulers. This in turn caused havoc with my pre-scheduled appointments with the vehicle. Additionally, I had to wait almost 30 minutes in an unattended office area (after contacting the manager via phone) while the attendant was addressing a family matter in the apartment upstairs(assumed location based on noise level). Although the resulting interaction was cordial I was not the least bit happy about my having to reschedule all of my appointments for the day. Enhanced focus on customer service would do wonders. Long time UHaul customer and former company vehicle owner!!
