Quick and easy, and Nick was friendly. The store is clean and the truck as well. I would highly recommend this spot.

Have someone there that wants to be there and does the bare minimum job.
TASANANA BThe store was hours were posted as being open until 3:00 p.m.. I verified with the person that I rented the truck from that the store was open until 3:00 p.m.. When I returned the truck at 2:40, the store was closed. This forced me to return the truck online which was difficult and time consuming for me.
Peter DWhat started at $29.99 built up to almost $200.00. I didn't have time to put gas in and was charged $71.! All these hidden little fees, it ridiculous. I might as well have hired a moving company! Never again.
KEVIN LThere was a bit of a wait while the only person in the office helped others that arrived after us. We had an online reservation that basically still required us to go inside and go over things again with a live person; it was still convenient and easy, so will use again.
