Inconsistent and Unclear Return Policy: The staff member insisted on an in-person return, which directly contradicts the established and advertised U-Haul app process you've used for years. This created immediate confusion and inconvenience. Unprofessional Staff: The representative was unfriendly and dismissive of a standard company procedure, making you feel unheard. Failure to Honor Posted Hours: The location was closed during its own stated business hours. The note about "staff scheduling issues" is an internal problem that should not inconvenience customers who planned their day around the promised window. Despite the staff member's insistence on an in-person return, I was ultimately forced to complete the transaction using the U-Haul app as I originally intended, as the location was closed and no one was present.
Eduardo DI am frustrated that my drop off location was changed and was not told that this would be a storage location and not even a uhaul place. It was incredibly difficult to find.
