Man tried to say that a 26 foot box truck was the same rate as a 20 foot box truck then proceed to charge me for a 26 when I actually wanted a 20 foot. Charges me beforehand before I even get the truck. The miles I told him which was a estimate I didn’t go over that estimate I actually was way under and still was charged almost $100. When I did the same exact thing at a different location. It was only charged $75. Also, he charged me for gas when I made sure the truck was on half a tank which I was told to do.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisFirst a simple tow dolly should not cost 63 dollars to rent locally, second the lady was rude, the dolly was damaged and they don't assist at all only used it two hours. Cost way to much.

Jason TI reserved a truck for June 13. When I arrived at the pickup location listed on my reservation, I was informed that the truck was not there. I later realized that I had received an email notifying me of a change in pickup location, but unfortunately I did not see it in time. An employee directed me to the correct location, but when I arrived, the facility was closed. The truck was there, but the key and the dolly I had reserved were not available, so I was unable to pick up the vehicle. I contacted customer service, and after some time they were able to find another truck for me at a different location that was a bit farther away. I appreciate the customer service representative’s efforts to resolve the issue, and I was ultimately able to complete my move. However, the entire situation cost me about an hour and a half while I tried to figure out what was happening with my reservation and traveled between locations. While the issue was eventually resolved, the experience was frustrating and caused a significant delay to my plans.
