Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisfriendly and helpful. made the process fast and easy
JOE LThis location is not customer-focused, but instead purely transactional. There was no concern for the challenge I had picking up the truck, nor did they have the equipment ready. When I called them and let them know, their response was, well, we closed at 1 PM and the vehicle was ready. They proceeded to come up to the location to get me the dolly, which was not in the back of the truck, which makes it not ready. Instead of apologizing and taking the dolly to put into the back, they proceed to leave the dolly at the front door and tell me I can come get it. Unacceptable and poor customer experience.
