The inside of the truck was dirty. The sign in the truck states you will be charged $25 if the pads are not folded or the truck has not been swept out. No pads were in the truck and the truck was not swept out. The cost was very expensive.

Trucks are filthy inside- he overcharged truck rental of $10 a day by “verbally†stating he will match other store $29.95 and said .89 cents not .99 / mile wd be okay then overcharged gas and charged insurance which i refused. He wont call back and i tried five tries before turning into my CC company. I was a great customer for years but wont return. The truck was grose under the seat with empty bottles and trash etc. He even overcharged a good customer. It was a bad run this time. Luckily i took pic of odometer leaving and coming. Bad experience. He used to be so nice. Take pics of your odometer and get a paper reciept when u leave not just a mileage receipt from this location!

Loved their friendly service and how easy the whole process was! It was my first time renting a U-Haul and it was so much easier than renting a car. No haggle, no hassle and they provided everything I needed to get the move done. In and out in 10 minutes! I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon, but if I do, I'd definitely come back to this place.

There was no location given for one way drop off. When I called the Whisler office he said “you have a smart phone, Google itâ€! Google sent me to a u haul office that was not set up yet. It was 104 degrees. Very frustrating! I finally found a location 20+ miles away. It was a wild goose chase. The Whisler office should have given me a definite address to return the truck. Everything else was seamless 🤪 Thank you
