Friendly and more personal service
Edward HAll went as expected. Staff was very friendly.
Robert PHUGE Deal-received the truck with just less than a quarter tank. It was quite inconvenient to HAVE to get gas before I even started my journey. Please pass along the to powers at be that all rentals should have minimum half tank when checking out trucks. I returned my rental with a half tank just because...but Thanks for the otherwise great service!
David HMy latest rented truck had 5/16 of a tank of fuel. The contract specifies that if you return the truck with less than 1/4 tank there is a $30 surchage. I'm not sure what the point of that surcharge is, but it's particularly silly if the rental is starting out with just over 1/4 tank in it. I went all of 12 miles, yet had to stop to add 1 gallon of gas to make sure to avoid the $30 surcharge. If the truck is returned with less than 1/2 tank, the rental location should take it to get it filled up so the next renter doesn't start out with this same situation.
