The staff admitted to knowing nothing about uhaul or thr truck. The cab was dirty with previous renters trash. The back of the truck's floor was coated with a disgusting sticky substance that I could not clean.

Truck had a damaged windshield that was taped to the frame of the truck on the passenger side. Truck had not been cleaned and items left in the back from previous use. Had to clean the truck inside and clean the windows before using.

Javier SKeys weren't in the key box and had to be tracked down. Person inside the food mart was no help trying to track them down. A five minute pick up turned into 30 to 40 minutes before I finally drove off with the truck. Need better support staff
