I would not do business with the other u haul dealer he was rude and had a attitude I would tell people to go to the other one
randy mI dropped off 26’ truck 1 hour before this location opened. Tried using the app, to no avail. Reception in the area was not optimal. Phoned customer service and she was very helpful. The owner/ manager arrived 45 minutes early to help. Excellent customer service. I am very pleased. U-haul went out of their way to make my experience a good one. Thanks so much.
Tina RLee was the best. I had to change my reservation for an earlier day and he was so kind to do so. Very friendly. He made our stressful situation more tolerable. Thank you Lee for making our move so much easier.
