Chose mobile pickup. Upon arrival app showed the reserved 10' foot truck was unavailable. Then had to wait in line for 30 minutes to talk to agent. Agent found a 10' van to rent. Upon inspection I noticed the mileage was not right. Brought to the agents attention and they had me to give verbally give them the actual mileage and said to go ahead and take the rental and they would update the mileage. Upon return of the vehicle I attempted use the app to return. When I keyed in the mileage it stated the number I keyed in was below starting mileage. This was 30 minutes before opening. So I had to wait till opening to speak to the agent. When I explained the issue and wanted to confirm the original mileage in the system they stated the original mileage was the original incorrect mileage. They finally fixed the mileage but a simple reservation turned into two extra hours of wasted time due to incorrect mileage in the system. The truck was dirty inside the loading area as well as the walls! I also was due a refund due to the miles driven versus the miles I paid for! Not alot of money but still was due. The lady at the location advised the refund would be put back on my card, AND it wasn't.MONTY A.

I had an issue after I dropped the trailer. The person said they will check in my trailer after we unhitched but the trailer didnt get checked till 2 days later and I was charged for an additonal day. THe Uhaul 800 number took care fo the situationCHARLES P.

The 6x12 drop gate open trailer has a gate design that's only 5.5 feet wide, not 6 feet. I didn't notice this before I paid for it and drove 2.5hours to pick up a utv that, as it turns out, wouldn't fit on the NOT 6x12 trailer. People need to be made aware of this prior to booking the trailer (I booked online). Waste of money, waste of gas, and waste of a day. Not happy.Thomas M.

Actually have the UHAUL people do the paperwork and give the customer a RECEIPT! I was called a week after I had rented a uhaul trailer for about 2 hours and asked if I was going to return the trailer! I interrupted my Saturday (a week after I had returned the trailer) to go to the franchise and explain I had returned it a week prior. The people on duty were very professional, and eventually found the trailer and charged me for the 2 hours and the insurance I had used the week prior. An idea, refund it as the company totally screwed up and I felt I had to personally return to the store to ensure they did not charge me for theft, or for a weeks of rental. They failed to return the item into their inventory, caused me to worry and return to their establishment and ensure they did it right, this time. I did not get an apology, just a normal charge like they had DONE NOTHING WRONG. Again the people on duty did nothing wrong, just it would have been nice to get maybe a discount for the company's mistake.JOHNNEIL S.
