Amanda W.If I could give a zero for this experience I would. My original pickup location was changed and I was sent an hour out of the way from the requested pickup and drop-off location. I understand that this can happen but I passed multiple closer locations with Uhauls during my drive from the original pickup location and drop-off location. This put me two hours behind schedule. I was told I would be compensated for the mileage and was not. In fact, I was charged for it and had to call to contest the charge to get my money back. I allegedly will be reimbursed in a couple of days. They did not have the requested size, but at least offered a size up instead of a size down. That being said the Uhaul I was given had only 1/8th amount of gas. I BEARLY made it to the only gas station close to the pickup location that was charging 3,5 per gallon of gas whereas other stations that I could not get to were charging 2,87 per gallon. I lost a lot of time and money during this experience. The drop-off location had no attendees so I cannot really rate my experience at this location, just my overall experience for the day.
Cristin R.The truck was not in the best condition mechanically. It had seen better days. The tires looked dry rotted. We thankfully made our trip without incident but the truck needed maintenance.
