They had the Uhaul sitting outside the gate ready for me which was great but the inside was very dirty and when I tried to return it the code didn't work and I had to call the number to talk to them and the drop off instructions changed

The location was difficult to find. The staff at the convenience store across the road didn't even know where it was. There was no other evidence of other UHauls to let us know where to park it so we did our best. We didn't know if we were supposed to try to get it inside the gate - if we were, we didn't have a gate code.
