Cell service at this location is sketchy, which may impede use of mobile devices when checking out/checking in a truck. Not sure what can be done about this, but it can complicate the process. The personnel for this location are courteous and professional.

Ryan MThe equipment (utility dolly & furniture dolly) and pads that I had ordered were not in the the truck when I self checked out the truck. I had to wait 1 1/2 hrs until someone showed up in the office to get them however they did not have a utility dolly at all. Not having a dolly made the move much tougher and inconvenient since I had to get one at the destination. Very disappointing that nothing was in the truck to start and completely unacceptable that they didn’t gave something at all and made no attempt to fix it or credit it
