The cube van used was clean but not in very good condition. It appeared to poorly maintained with a door sensor problem for the driver side door and excessive fuel consumption. The van used 10 litres of gas for a 45 mile round trip between Nanaimo and Parksville.

BERNABE SEasy , friendly, helpful = amazing
Shannon MStaff was very happy and smiling the whole time. Very helpful and very effecient. Asked for some blankets and she went and got them and packed them all out to the truck. Very happy and helpful on the return of the truck and was out of there in no time at all. Had also contacted another location looking for a truck and the lady there was very helpful and tried to find a truck for me at other locations and when that failed, she took my reservation which set me up to pick up the truck at the above location. All in all both locations were a 10 out 10 for service and pleasantness to deal with. U Haul lucky to have them.
