Was offered 30 % off due to veterans discount and a truck being return late and extremely dirty (food, dirt, garbage, dog hair, etc everywhere) on 1/8 of a tank of gas. We returned the uhual after less than 6 hours although we paid for 24 (the return time also oddly said 6 hours although we were told 24 and to ignore the paper). We received our charged bill that only discounted the $30 rental. Not 30 % off the roughly $160 bill. Not to mention the $50 plus additionally spent on gas. The vehicle was also stuck in 1st gear most of the rental.

KARL FThe lady at the Natchitoches Louisiana location was rushing us because we got there 20 minutes before close and she left before we even got the truck. We sat outside and had to figure out the rest by ourselves. Very unprofessional behavior but luckily the phone service was able to take it form there and help us out so we can get the truck.
