Customer service. When I came to pick up my vehicle the gentleman that serviced me at the counter was having a conversation with the person beside him. Neither one of them acknowledged my presence and continued to talk for at least 5 minutes with me just standing there. He never said hello or I’ll be with you in just one minute. I felt he was very rude, ill-mannered and abrupt when he did provide information. My experience was quite the opposite when I returned my vehicle. The young lady who checked me in was friendly, polite and professional and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job. It is because of her I will use your business in the future. Being courteous is great adding a smile buts the icing on the cake.

I didn't set up to pick up the truck from this location. I pick a location that was near the place I was moving from and YOUR website said it was available at that location. I was switch to a different location and only notified by a text that I was to go to a different location to pick up the truck. This was the only think I didn't like. I chose the other location for a reason and then it to be change without asking me if it is okay is bad customer service.

The woman on duty, when I first called, tried to divert me to another location because I asked which driveway I should use to pull in, to make it easier to hook a 6x12 trailer to my class C motorhome. She said their driveway was tiny and could not accommodate a motorhome. I knew that they sold LP gas and had seen larger motor homes than mine circling the building. Upon arrival, to this convenient location, the woman persisted in trying to get me to drive further away to get a trailer, saying she had already contacted her supervisor about me going somewhere else, but never said where. While there, a much larger class A motorhome drove around the building to get LP Gas, while I was still in the lot. She was argumentative and finally said for me to go hook the trailer up. After I had placed the trailer on my hitch, she came out and finished making the connections. I did not like her surly, dismissive attitude against my desire to get the planned trailer at a local location! Such unnecessary rancor!

I had a good experience. The only problem I had was the wait time . There was only one person working the counter at the time and soon there was a line of 5 people waiting to get service. Eventually another person came in to handle the line. Other than that my experience was great.

We didn't drop off at this location!!!!! Why this was ever put into our move is absurd. See below! Don't rent from uhaul unless you are able to get on the rental desks computer or watch them with a magnifying glass step by step. This has been a living nightmare. First, I completed the online check-in which was correct for our move. Then come to find out after seeing a couple of $40 extra charges on our credit card, the rental clerk incorrectly booked our rental as in-town versus the correct one-way rental. Even as I stood there and spoke about how we are moving out of state and I would be taking it to a uhaul center that is close by to the house we are moving to. I had to call uhaul center and ask them about our extra charges and the associate said he understood what happened and not to worry, he would take care of it. 2 hours later I received an email receipt for an additional $700 charge for someone else's move!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF?!?!!??!? is some of the first words that came to mind followed by more choice words that I won't repeat. Fortunately, we used a credit card that has a high enough spending limit that we didn't overdraft one of our accounts! This is just an epicly bad snowball affect that has caused undue stress, anxiety, and wasted time. We are still trying to unpack and get settled from the move, yet I have had to pull away and speak to 3 different people to try and resolve this issue they created! TRAVELER be advised that you have to triple check everything they input so that this doesn't happen to you! At this point they should refund my entire rental for all of the hassle I've endured.

When renting the 15 foot truck, I was given the key for a truck that was different than the one on my contract and still directed to the truck that i was given the key for. Upon returning the vehicle, I was blamed for taking the wrong vehicle and "not verifying my gas and mileage before leaving".

Customer service was good. My reservation was not for this location, however uhaul changed it after my reservation was confirmed. I also was not allowed the do a one way rental, again after my reservation had been confirmed online by uhaul. This change add time to my move and cost me more money. What's point of online reservation and confirmation the day before, if it can be changed at any time
